I'm a former underwriter turned technologist. From my time in the insurance industry, I remember how much effort goes into admin, data entry, and chasing information — all getting in the way of real decision-making.

When AI started exploding across different industries, I naturally gravitated towards use cases for insurance. It's a space that's crying out for smarter tools. For me, it was always natural to bring these two worlds together — my domain knowledge of insurance and my passion for building technology.

That's what led me to create Coverbound. The idea was simple: what if underwriters and brokers had an AI copilot — a digital teammate that could take care of the heavy lifting, clean up files, and surface insights in minutes? Something that works like a capable assistant on call 24/7.

Now, with Coverbound officially launched in Australia, it feels like things have come full circle — back to the industry where I started, but this time helping reshape how the work gets done.
