Pricing questions
The small print, in large print
- Who counts as a user?
- Everyone on your team with a login. Your clients never need one: they answer questionnaires, sign and report claims through a link.
- What happens when we add someone?
- They're charged from the day they join, for the rest of the billing period. Take someone off and the next bill is smaller.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Monthly credits reset each month. Top-up credits last 12 months and are only used once the month's credits run out.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Add a card and carry on. If you don't, your account turns read-only. Nothing is deleted, and adding a card later picks up where you left off.
- Can we pay yearly?
- Yes. A year costs the same as ten months. Switch between monthly and yearly any time from the billing page.
- Can we cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- How are we invoiced?
- By card. Every invoice is on the billing page, ready to download. Prices on this page exclude GST or VAT.
