- Do we need to connect our mailboxes?
- No. CC or forward to your coverbound address. Nothing is synced from your mailbox.
- What if it files something in the wrong place?
- It only files by itself when there's one clear match. Every automatic filing can be undone.
- Can it read scanned documents?
- Yes. Scans and photos are transcribed so you can search them and ask questions of them.
- What happens to deleted files?
- They sit in Trash for 30 days. Files filed on a client, policy or claim are kept for the legal minimum first.
