Any insurer's form, ready to send
- Upload any insurer or MGA PDF, up to 200 pages. Conditional questions, tables and the declaration come across.
- The source page sits beside every question so you can check it
- Anything it's unsure of is flagged as low confidence
- Or start from a pre-read insurer form in the coverbound library

From last year's renewal
Last year's answers, ready to confirm

- Shared facts like address and ABN carry across products
- The client taps "Still right?" on each one, or confirms them all at once

Tracking
Sent, opened, in progress, submitted, reviewed. See who has the link and when it expires.
Forwarding spotted
If one link is opened by several people, you're told it has probably been forwarded.
Several people, no clashes
Colleagues can answer at the same time. They're told if someone else changed an answer while they were typing.
Every change kept
Each answer shows who gave it and how. Changes after submission are flagged as amendments.
Exports
Summary PDF, answers as a CSV, attachments as a zip and the insurer's form filled.
A chase when it goes quiet
Switch on the automation and a questionnaire that's gone quiet puts a chase in your diary.
Before you ask
Questions about questionnaires.
- Do insurers need to change anything?
- No. You upload their proposal form as it is. Their own PDF comes back filled in, ready to submit.
- What if the form isn't fillable?
- coverbound places each answer where it belongs on the page, including scanned forms. You check the mapping once.
- How long does the client's link last?
- 14 days by default. You can revoke it at any time.
- Can more than one person at the client answer?
- Yes. Send links to several contacts. Each one is kept as a separate person on the record.
