Client portal
Fewer "can you just send me" emails.
Give each client a portal with your brokerage's name and logo. They sign in with a code sent to their email, with no password to forget. They see the policies, documents and schedules you choose to share. They follow their renewal and claims. They ask for a certificate of currency without picking up the phone. Every request lands in your My Work.

Shared information
Ridgeline Civil · Portal tab
You choose what they see
Nothing is shared until you share it. Pick the policies, documents, files, claims and asset schedules for each client, then publish and notify.
- Shared item by item. Your file notes stay yours.
- Policies with their documents, ready to download
- Asset schedules the client can propose changes to
- Turn anything off again whenever you like
Renewal progress
What your client sees
Claim updates you publish show the same way: Report received, Lodged with insurer, Assessment.
"Where's my renewal up to?" answered
Clients follow their renewal and their claims in plain words. Publish a claim update when there's news. They see it without a phone call.
- Renewal stages from Preparing to Cover confirmed
- Claim updates from Report received to Settlement
- Documents to sign and forms to finish, in one Needs your attention list
Client requests
From the portal, in My Work
Proposed changes wait for you. Nothing on the client's record changes until you accept it.
Requests that land on your desk, not in a pile
Clients ask for a certificate, report a change, send claim evidence or ask for a callback. Each request becomes a task in My Work with the client's words and any files attached.
- Certificates of currency, changes to the business, questions and callbacks
- Reply in the thread. The client's email replies land there too.
- Proposed changes to assets or business details wait for your review
- Every request is on the client's timeline
The client sees it. You stay the broker.
- Nothing is shared until you share it.
- A client's proposed change never updates their record until you accept it.
- An email reply can add to a conversation. It can never sign, bind or change cover.
- Your commission and internal notes are never part of what the client sees.
- Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Revoke a contact and their access ends straight away.

Before you ask
Questions about the client portal.
- Do my clients need a password?
- No. They enter the email address you invited and get a one-time code. That's it.
- What can my client see?
- Only what you share: chosen policies, documents, files, claims and asset schedules, plus the progress of their renewal and any claim updates you publish.
- Can a client change their own details?
- They can propose a change to their business details or asset schedule. It comes to you to review. Nothing changes until you accept it.
- Where do client requests go?
- Into My Work as a task. It's on the client's timeline too. You reply in the thread and the client is emailed.
- Does it cost extra?
- No. It's in your plan. Clients never need a seat.
